The story behind Totalsportek

Totalsportek Canada is a live sports streaming platform built around one simple promise: open the page, find the game, watch the action. We exist for the fans who want every Saturday-night NHL classic, every Sunday morning Premier League fixture and every late-spring playoff game in one focused place.

Why Totalsportek exists

Watching live sport in Canada has never had more options — and never been more confusing. A typical fan ends up juggling four or five different services to follow the leagues they care about. Totalsportek was built to cut through that. One destination, one clean interface, every game that matters to fans across the country.

The team behind Totalsportek has been working on streaming products for over a decade. We've watched the platform grow from a fan project into one of the most recognised names in live sports broadcasting around the world, and the Canadian site is the version we always wanted to build for our own community — schedules tuned to local time zones, the home teams up top, and a player that just works.

What we believe

01

Fans first

The game is the centre of the experience. No autoplay videos blocking the player, no four-tab pop-up storm.

02

Speed matters

The page loads fast, the stream starts in seconds. Sports happen in real time, so we move at real-time speed.

03

Built for Canada

Local time zones, Canadian teams and leagues highlighted, and language that sounds like the people who use the site.

04

Always improving

The catalogue, the player and the schedule view get small upgrades every week based on real-world feedback.

How Totalsportek covers the Canadian sports calendar

From the first NHL face-off in October to the last out of the World Series in November, from CFL training camp in June to the Stanley Cup Final in June of the following year, the calendar barely takes a breath. Totalsportek's schedule view is built to handle that load — you can pop in at 7 a.m. for a Premier League morning game, again at noon for college football and again at 10 p.m. for a West Coast NHL puck drop, and the site is ready every time.

Where we go from here

Totalsportek Canada keeps growing. New leagues, new tournaments, new ways to watch — including better mobile experiences and Cast-to-TV improvements — are always in the pipeline. If there's a sport, league or feature you'd love to see, the contact page is the fastest way to reach us. Most of what's on the site today started as a fan suggestion.
